As the main accessory and the biggest part of the pressure solar water heater, the quality and lifetime of tank determine the quality and lifetime of the soalr water directly.

The complete pressure water tank is including: inner pressure tank bladder, PU foaming insulation layer, crust ( shell). There are N pcs of the holes ( welded with heat pipe sealing sets) and other 5 holes, air-vent hole, water inlet, water outlet, temperature sensor, electric heater.

All the inner bladders are made of SUS304-2B materials, 1.2mm thickness, it is one of the best quality material for pressure tank bladder, longer lifetime, can take pressure, no damage to human health.

Insulation layer: High quality PU foaming layer, 50mm thickness, once foaming step, with 35-40kgs/m3 density, protect the inner tank from damage and keep the energy inside, normally 5C-10C down after one night.

Pressure water tank working pressure: 0.65Mpa ( based on the safety valve working pressure), testing pressure: 1.2Mpa.

Crust/shell material: color steel material, stainless steel material, thickness: 0.4mm.

Tank size: 360/460mm (normal), 380/500mm ( for sepcial order)
