Silicon sealing rings for compact non-pressure solar water heaters

The silicon sealing rings are used to seal the vacuum glass tubes together with the inner water tank.

Becasue the non-pressure system is a kind of open system, water tank don't take any working pressure or very lower pressure, so we don't use any mechanical sealing way, just use a kind of silicon ring, with right size, just cover the inner tank hole, when glass tubes inserted into the inner tank, tight and sealing, it is a good, convenience and economic sealing way.

Because it is a little tight between the glass tubes and silicon ring, so before you insert the glass tubes, just put the mouth of the tube into water or with sofa water, then it is easy to insert tubes, at the same time, just try to rotate the glass tube and insert, it will be easy to do, if the tube mouth is dry, it is very difficult to insert the glass tubes.

Non-pressure tank, seal with silicon ring, testing pressure: 0.2Mpa.
