Low pressure solar collectors

It is a kind of low pressure collector type, low pressure only mean the collector body itself can't take much more pressure, but the system can take a certain pressure.

Structure:

1.Manifold: a big diameter stainless steel pipe inside, welding N pieces water outlet pipe, which covered with high quality silicon rings ( for insert the vacuum glass tubes), PU foaming insulation layer, end covers are all high quality Nylon 99 materials, also can fit the temperature sensor holes.

2. Vacuum glass tubes: all are SC high efficiency vacuum glass tubes 58/47x1800mm

3. Frame: aluminum alloy materials or angle steel frame (3mm thickness, zinc inside and PU hammer coating outside).

4. Installing: 4pcs installing feet , angle steel supports.

5 Packing: manifold in one carton, vacuum galss tubes in one carton, frame in one carton.
