High efficiency vacuum glass tubes

SC tubes, which are now popularly used for solar water heating items, using special absorptive coating materials and method, which has higher absorptivity and lower emissivity than the normal vacuum glass tubes, more steady working character.

The coating layer of the normal tubes is only AL/-N-AL layer, but for the SC tubes, there are three different coating layers(copper + stainless steel +AL/-N-AL), which has the bellow advantages according to the normal tubes:

1). more quickly absorbing speed ,

2). high absorptivity and low emissivity

3). longer lifetime than the normal tubes

4). more steady working character

5). The stagnation temperature will be up to 380℃.,

6). Best choose for high pressure water heating items( without water inside).

Now we can do such items: : 47/37x1500mm, 58/47x1600mm, 58/47x1800~2100mm.
