Heat pipe solar collector

It is a kind of big head heat pipe solar collectors, big head pipes + aluminum alloy fins inside the vacuum glass tubes, transferring the energy from the glass tubes up to the manifold pipes, and warm the medium liquid inside.

The complete set of heat pipe solar collector is including the following parts:

1. Manifold: main part is a big diameter of copper pipe, welded N pieces of copper caps for heat pipes, medicum liquid circulate through. Curst is made of aluminum alloy materials ( can be coated with silver white, deep gray color), insulation layer are all glass-wool material to keep energy, which can take at least 800C. Manifold side covers are made of nylon 99 material, sealed with special glue. Between the glass tubes and crust are all high quality silicon rings.

2. Big head heat pipe sets: big head heat pipes are all made of high quality TP2 copper, head diameter: 24mm, body: 8mm, length: 1750mm, the big head parts are all coated with Ni layer, help keeping energy and protect the copper mateial.

Below of the big head, we sealed with a piece of silicon acid ring, help keeping energy.

3. Vacuum glass tubes: All are SC high effciency vacuum galss tubes, 58/47x1800mm

4. Frame: aluminum alloy material, all the items can be fitted with angle supports for ground installing.

For roof installing: stainless steel belt with installing holes, or 4pcs installing feet.

5. Tube end support: High quality black color Nylon adjustable supports.

6. Temperature sensor: inside one side of the manifold, we make a sensor cap in advance.

Packing: Separated packing, manifold in one carton, glass tube + heat pipe+aluminum fin join together and packed in one carton, frame in one carton.

Item Series: HY-HP-10, HY-HP-12, HY-HP-15, HY-HP-18, HY-HP-20, HY-HP-25, HY-HP-30.

All the items have been applied for solar keymark based on EN12975.
