Expansion tank for split system

For all the separated solar water heating system, the expansion tanks are needed.

Except for the direct heating system, for all indirecting heating systems( for domestic) and commercial systems, after sunshined, the temperature and pressure inside the circulation pipes ( closed) will be much higher, even there are any other safety sets ( safety valve / TP valves, fitting with the water tank or the pump station), you also need a safety equipment to keep the pipe system in a safe limit ( the safety valve/ TP valve will leaking the liquid finally), then the expansion tank can do it .

There is a kind of high quality plastic ball inside the expansion tank, which can absorb or release the hot temperature medium liquid ( pressure + / - ), then don't need the safety vavel/ TP valve to work, save the liquid.

There are 8L, 18L, 24L, etc. expansion tanks for choose, according to the circulation pipe capacity.
