HY CAU solar collector

It is a kind of U pipe solar collectors, fitted with our patent design CAU pipes inside. we make the aluminum alloy fin together with the copper pipe, add the energy transferring rate, then add the efficiency of the complete collector.

Better for clean water ( soft water) markets, and better for direct heating systems.

For big capacity, the collectors must be installed in parallel way.

All the accessoried will be finished installing before packing.

Can be installed on both slope roof and ground / flat roof ( need additional support, with different angle).

Parts:

1. manifold: copper pipe + glass-wool fibre belt + PU foaming insualtion layer + aluminum alloy shell

3. Vacuum glass tubes: all are SC high efficiency solar vacuum glass tubes, 58/47x1800,,

4. Frame: aluminum alloy material, all the items can be fitted with angle supports for ground installing.

For roof installing: stainless steel belt with installing holes, or 4pcs installing feet.

5. Tube end support: High quality black color Nylon adjustable supports.

6. Temperature sensor: inside one side of the manifold, we make a sensor cap in advance.

Profit: 1. more efficiency than the normal U pipe soalr collectors 2. finished installing, all accessoreis are finished installing before packing, you can use it directly when you open the carton 3. Even one or more tubes broken, system can work normally.

Defect: 1. a little heavy for delivering, carrying 2. Mostly used for domestic use water heaters, because for such U pipes, there are many welded parts, pressure is a little higher, so for commercial project, less than 5 sets in one line is better.
