Semi-automatic solar energy heater

As the standard popular type, the compact non-pressure solar water heaters are greatly installed in the markets.

There are two pipe holes inside the inner tank, one is on the tank side, for air out and overflower, aother is also on the tank bottom, for cold water in / hot water out pipe.

Once there are water will come out from the overflower pipe, that means the tank is full, you must close the cold water valve immediately.

So system works without any water pressure, it is a kind of open circulation system.

This compact non-pressure swh must be placed higher than the users, more higher, more pressure (hot water come out with pressure).

Profit: 1. easy to install 2. system cost is more lower than pressurized systems 3. you can use 100% hot water inside tank 4. easy to work and less maintenance cost after installing 5. longer lifetime: at least 10 years.

Defect: 1. Low pressure working, system must be placed higher than the users 2. hand working, open/close works must be done by user 3. system can't take any pressure 4. system can't take very lower temperature ( better higher than -22C, compare to pressurized system).

All items can be fitted with electric heater as backup, better fitted with controller together.

Vaccum glass tubes can be : 47/37x1500/1600mm, 58/47x1600/1800mm.

Attention: you can't load the cold water in in daytime when the sunshine is very good, better load in the evening or early morning.
